01Acceptance

By installing or using Tokematic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tokematic.

03The service

Tokematic reads your AI subscription status and usage from providers you use, and warns you as you approach your limits. To do this, the app reads credentials stored on your device and signs in to your providers as you. Your credentials do not leave your device. The app also syncs your usage data across your devices and, if you choose, with your team.

Sync is on by default. You can turn it off in Settings. If you prefer not to use automatic credential discovery, you can enter API keys manually in Settings; those give spend figures but not subscription quota.

04Your responsibilities and the provider warranty

You are responsible for your own credentials and for your use of your provider accounts.

You warrant that you have the right to access your provider accounts and to use your credentials, and that your use of Tokematic to read your own usage does not violate your providers' terms of service. You indemnify Cloudy Industries LLC against any claim by a provider arising from your use of your credentials through Tokematic, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

05Acceptable use

Do not use Tokematic to access accounts you are not authorized to access. Do not reverse engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the service. Use it for your own accounts and, if you run a team, for accounts your team authorizes.

06Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

07Paid plans

Tokematic is currently free. Paid plans and team-sharing thresholds may be introduced later. When they are, payment is processed by Stripe, we do not handle card data, and the terms for paid plans will be posted before they take effect.

08Disclaimer of warranties

Tokematic is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every provider forever. Providers can change their services and block access at any time. You rely on it at your own risk.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudy Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of Tokematic. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute is resolved by binding arbitration in Washington State, on an individual basis. You waive any right to a class action or class arbitration.

11Termination and deletion

You can stop using Tokematic at any time. You can delete your account by requesting it at [email protected], or by turning off sync and removing the app. We handle deletion as described in the Privacy policy. We can suspend or stop the service if you breach these terms or if we stop operating.

12Changes to these terms

We can change these terms when we change the service. We post the new version and note the date. If a change is material, we notify you. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
